On November 6th our Greek partner, Digital Xartisi, will open their new showroom. This showroom, with a surface of 400 square meters, is exclusively dedicated to Showtec, DAP Audio and DMT products.

Needless to so say that we are very pleased with the result. And we highly appreciate the commitment which Digital Xartisi has shown over the past years.

The story so far:

Digital Xartisi was founded on March 2007 from Poulis Kostas and Mpouloumpas Kosmas in Kassandreia city of Chalkidiki county.

After many years of installing sound systems in many Clubs , Live Concerts , Cafeteria's . Hotels, etc , they decided to combine their knowledge and start their own Audio and Lighting company. In the beginning they sold every brand, when they noticed DAP Audio speakers that someone imported directly from Netherlands for his own club. They made their first import and after few installations, they decided to be the dealers of Highlite in Greece. The reasons were the good quality, the really good prices, the fast after sales and service reply from the company , so they stopped selling any other brands. There was no reason of charging the customers with "Label fees".

The DAP Audio , Showtec and DMT products proved them that they had nothing to envy from other famous and expensive brands and there was no need to charge the customers double prices for the same quality just because of a Label that sometimes didn’t even deserve their money..

After 2 1/2 years they decided to expand their company by joining with a new partner who had also been working for big audio company's for many years. The new partner, Ilias Piperidis, was astonished when he heard all the series of DAP Audio and saw the quality of Showtec products. They joined forces and made the company even bigger by building a new showroom of 400 square meters in the second largest city of Greece named Thessaloniki.

The new showroom is located 3 kilometers from the Egnatia national road to Oraiokastro bridge. In the showroom the most requested products in the Greek Market are displayed, as the 400 square meters are not enough to show all 5000 products of Highlite International.

They have an exclusive service department for Highlite products, which can fix problems really quick when they appear. They also provide a 24 hour service and technical assistance to all their customers, which is the most important reason why their company is so successful.
