Last Saturday the 16th of July, Extrema Outdoor was held at Aquabest in Best (NL).

This year, Extrema celebrates its 16th anniversary edition.

At Aquabest more than 10 areas were built around the beach, filled with lots of sound, lights and video.

Last Friday, Saturday & Sunday, the 22, 23th & 24th of July, the Tomorrowland festival was held at the recreation area "De Schorre" in Boom (B).

The festival was complete sold out, with more than 180.000 visitors...., at more than 12 different areas, with sound, light & video.

More than 200 top-DJs, such as Tiësto, Swedish House Maffia, Carl Cox, Fedde Le Grand, and many others played their sets.

Especially the main stage show was gigantic and magnificent this year. There was a lot of fireworks, and other special effects.

Saturday 30 July, the Dominator Festival 2011 was held for the third time at the E3 beach in Eersel (NL)

The 6th Dominator festival is a hardcore festival with lots of famous hardcore DJs, and this years' edition was complete sold out!

July 2nd, the first Saturday of the summer holiday, Mayaland opened its doors at Plopsaland de Panne theme park. Mayaland is a real indoor theme park with 10 new attractions and 2 restaurants all revolving around the honeybee Maya and her friends in a flowery world seen from an insect’s point of view. Maya land has two major assets: on one hand it increases the capacity of Plopsaland de Panne, and on the other hand it is a part of the master plan to turn Plopsaland de Panne into an all weather destination. The indoor attractions are a fine addition to the outdoor theme park, this way Plopsaland can offer guaranteed amusement for all kinds of weather.

From 5 until 18 August the Sneekweek was held in Sneek (NL).

The Sneekweek is a yearly event which is organised by the Royal Watersport Association Sneek and the municipality of Sneek.

During this week a lot of festivities are organised in Sneek.

This year, Mysteryland celebrates its 21th edition, the oldest dancefestival in the Netherlands.
With more than 19 different stages, 150 acts and 60.000 visitors, Mysteryland is a festival for every music lover.
