Disco was the dance trend of the seventies and today the genre is once again very hot.

Since 2001 Independent Concerts organizes Studio 54 in the Antwerp Sportpaleis (B).

Studio 54 is the biggest disco party in the world, with more than 14.000 party goers joining in.

The Antwerp Sportpaleis is converted into a temple of disco with a mega light and sound show, special effects, fireworks etc....

In the center of the Sportpaleis a huge mirrorball was created with 1000x Showtec 30cm mirrorballs (60405) inside.

This gigantic Showtec mirrorball along with the LED Video screens moved up & down and they were both controlled by cyberhoists.

Furthermore a huge LED wall was created with a lot of plastic hemispheres tiles. This enormous hemisphere LED wall was lit up with more than 400x Showtec Highpower LED pars RGB 3W (42460).

The whole Showtec "LED wall" was driven by DMX and Video.

Among the Antwerp Sportpaleis several plastic hemispheres tiles were mounted in a round shape with lots of Showtec Highpower LED pars RGB 3W inside. They were also controlled by cyberhoists and DMX/Video.

Another special effect was created with 40x Showtec Nebula B-30 Big Size Bubble Machines (60861), and 20x Showtec Nebula DMX S150 Snowmachines (60860). These machines were mounted high in the truss among the Sportpaleis.
